A 25-year-old man has been charged in a crash that killed a Maryland resident near Manassas.  Prince William County police arrested Roland Leevi Harris Jr., of 9417 Westmoreland Ave. in the Manassas area.  Harris is charged with reckless driving, having defective equipment and driving on a suspended license.
